Once Han got up to the deck of the ship again he stood beside the leader of the wyvern group and said.

Tyla nodded to Han and she watched as Han walked away. She was just happy that this only ended with one person’s death. She was happy that Han didn’t decide to kill all of them for the crime. After that, things were very quiet on the ship. The crew was all trying their best to look out for the Kraken. Gregory was standing at the edge of the boat and looking down into the water. He was feeling a little sick because he has never been on a ship before but it wasn’t too much that he would need to rest. But it was because he was looking into the water that he was the first to see something move. It was a huge brown thing that looked like something the devil would shit out on his worst day!

It swam from one side of the ship and Gregory’s eyes widened as he quickly pulled back and ran towards the other side of the ship to see where it went to!

Han saw Gregory running and he took a deep breath. Here it comes.

“Han!! There’s something down there!”

Gregory didn’t even get to finish what he was saying before a large tentacle burst out from the water and rose high into the sky! The tentacle was almost three hundred meters high and it was big enough to block out the sun completely! It reached its highest point and it then started to fall into the boat!

Tyla could only look up in shock as the tentacle came down! They wouldn’t be able to stop that thing! It will break the ship in two if it drops! She was about to shout for everyone to abandon the ship but Gregory suddenly ran forward!

“Grim Reaper! Sever its soul!”

Gregory was immediately on the attack as he formed his scythe and jumped into the air before slashing the tentacle! He actually intended to take the entire soul of the monster at once but it didn’t work because the monster was much stronger than him, so Gregory was only able to slash its tentacle into two!

A loud roar echoed through the water as the Kraken became enraged. Everything began to shake before another tentacle burst out from the water faster than the first one and wrapped itself around the ship before pulling them out of the water!! And up they went!

The entire ship rose out of the water and Han whistled as he saw the giant monster bring itself out from the water in front of them. Woah, I gotta admit, that’s a big motherfucker. The Kraken looked like a giant octopus with a brown bulb-like head. It had one large eye in the center of its head and when it opened its mouth there were rows upon rows of sharp teeth that formed a deep trench deep inside its mouth!

It’s almost as tall as my castle! No wonder they thought it can only be killed by a black star! It’s a true monster!

“Alright, go gettem Gregory!!”

Gregory almost fell over in shock as Han shouted this!

“What the fuck are you talking about!? I’ll die if I fight that thing!”

Gregory shouted this out to Han and Han sighed. I could one-shot a monster like this, it won’t even take ten percent of my power. But I need you to start fighting stronger opponents Gregory. You won’t grow if you don’t feel the taste of pain and near defeat now and then!! And why the hell are you disobeying your king!?

“I don’t care if you’re going to die! Just go fight it!”

Gregory felt his eye twitch! This bastard just wants to watch a show! He could easily get rid of something like this without even trying!

“One of you do something! This ship isn’t going to last long if you don’t get us out of its grip!”

Tyla shouted this to the two men as the members of her party were trying desperately to cut the tentacle holding them in the air! They had to get down to the water! Gregory looked at Han but Han only smiled at him while holding his hand. Like I said. Go gettem!

Gregory cursed as he activated his [Gods Eye] and twirled his scythe before cutting upwards and slicing the tentacle holding them into two! The Kraken roared again and Han grimaced as he saw the many razor-sharp teeth inside its mouth! Yuck!

The ship fell back into the water and Tyla shouted out for her people to charge the monster. But Han held up his hand to stop them.

“This one is for Gregory, let him have it. And besides, it’s not like you can really do anything to the monster. Just watch the show with me,”

Tyla was shocked. Isn’t that your party member? Are you really going to let a single white star fight against a monster like that!?

Han ignored her and looked toward Gregory. The boy was standing in front of the ship and facing the monster. To everyone else, he looked like one of those heroes in webnovels as he held his scythe behind him and faced the giant monster, but no one knew just how many curses he was raining down on Han inside his head!

He couldn’t believe that Han just left him here! How dare you!? I swear if I die here I’ll come back to haunt you forever!

A huge explosion echoed as the Kraken suddenly felt a bomb go off in front of its face! It roared in anger as it couldn’t see anything because of the cloud of smoke blocking its vision! Gregory knew that bomb wouldn’t even cause any problem at all to the monster. He just needed time to charge!

Gregory found his footing on one of the tentacles and he immediately started to race up towards the monster’s head. He saw that the shadow was already clearing up and he had to duck as the monster tried to swipe at him with another tentacle. Gregory jumped high into the sky and as he went up his shadow weapon grew into a large sword that was almost ten times his size! Gregory roared as he came down and stabbed his sword into the Kraken’s forehead! Gregory cursed! He didn’t get the eye!

The Kraken just got angrier from the injury it received and it slapped Gregory off its head! Gregory skipped across the ocean for a few meters before he slowly stood upon the water. He was using his shadow as a foothold so he wouldn’t fall inside. Gregory cleaned a line of blood that fell down his chin and he grinned as the monster roared at him! Okay, maybe this is kinda fun.

Back on the ship, Han whistled while watching Gregory get his ass beat. Tyla looked like she wanted to say something but she had no idea what she could say! Han was just leaving Gregory to fight alone!? He didn’t look like he stood a chance against that monster!

Rau and Grey ran out from under the ship when they felt that the fighting had started. They saw Han standing to the side before they also saw Gregory fighting that large monster. Han looked towards Rau and then he looked up at the monster before he got an idea.

“Hey, boy. Yes, you. Come over here,”

Rau ran up to Han and he waited for what Han wanted to say. Han used his [Assimilation] skill on Rau and he found out that his class was [Spearman]. Good, this should work. Han grabbed Rau by the scruff of his shirt before he turned and threw the boy into the ocean! Rau screamed all the way into the water!
