Chapter 855 - Indentured Servitude Contract

Chapter 855: Indentured Servitude Contract

But...he did not want to leave...

Jin Yaowu looked at Su Yun’s smile, and he really wanted to go up and give Su Yun a couple of slaps!

No matter how he looked at this person, he was an eyesore!

“Professor Jin, come, come, come in and take a seat.” Su Yun suddenly stood up, and with a warm smile, he invited Jin Yaowu in.

The sudden change in the atmosphere was so bizarre that Jin Yaowu was stunned for a moment.

His sentence could still be considered human language. This person probably did not react in time and directly called him by his full name.

Jin Yaowu thought to himself.

‘Forget it, forgive him. It’s not a big deal.’

Slowly walking into the doctor’s office, Jin Yaowu looked around. Four or five doctors were writing medical records. It was very simple and very ordinary. It did not look like the kind of work station he had expected to be nominated for the Nobel Prize.

Without waiting for him to continue lamenting about the shabbiness of this place, the smile on Su Yun’s face became even wider. “Professor Jin, you’re here to learn TIPS surgery, right? Did you not understand the live broadcast of the surgery yesterday?”

“...” Jin Yaowu was stunned.

He entered the room and did not even say a word before he was tormented by Su Yun a few times. His temperament was inexplicable. What kind of person was this!

“I think, with your standard, you’d better go to the magnetic resonance room to learn for a while. Otherwise, you won’t understand, even if the Boss comes back and tells you,” Su Yun said.

He was right, but there was a big problem with his tone.

Every word was like a knife stabbing into Jin Yaowu’s heart.

Jin Yaowu suspected that he had jumped into a well with Su Yun’s child. Otherwise, why would he be so angry at him.

“If you see the boss again, please address him as Boss Zheng. Dr. Zheng Ren, is that also what you called him?” Su Yun glanced at Jin Yaowu. His words were like a spear, making Jin Yaowu dumbfounded.

A junior doctor really took the Nobel Prize nomination seriously... The Nobel Prize nomination was certainly very impressive, but Jin Yaowu felt sick of it.

“You...” He frowned at Su Yun.

“What me? You won’t listen to me when I tell you the truth.” Su Yun shook his head, and his black lock of hair danced on his forehead. Then, he took out a ten-page document from the folder, held it in his hand, and threw it on the table in front of Jin Yaowu.

“Look at this document and sign it. When the boss comes back, he will teach you how to do the TIPS surgery.”

“Can he really teach?” Jin Yaowu blurted out the question that he had buried in his heart.

“The boss has a problem with his brain. If it were someone else, they would not have mastered this new technique in eight to ten years. But, the boss said that he wanted to treat patients and save people. If he wanted to teach, he could teach. But he has to sign it first. After signing it, don’t even think about breaking the contract! I don’t want to file a lawsuit against you.”

‘Why the hell are you talking about lawsuits for!’ Jin Yaowu thought in his heart. His impression of Su Yun was getting worse and worse, to the extreme.

“I will talk to Professor Pei about this. If you can afford to lose face, I will see if Professor Pei Yingjie can afford to lose this person!” Su Yun explained in advance.

After all, it was just a document. It had binding force, but it was definitely not very big. If Jin Yaowu really went back to perform the surgery and did not fill out all the forms and information required for the Nobel Prize, Zheng Ren and Su Yun would not have a good solution either.

Hiring a huge legal team? That was a good idea, but only overseas. In China, there was no such thing for the time being.

Su Yun had thought it through long ago.

Put bluntly, Jin Yaowu could be shameless, but Pei Yingjie also had to be shameless. After all, his status at the other hospitals was there.

Jin Yaowu frowned. He glanced at Su Yun indifferently and began to flip through the documents.

He wanted to learn TIPS surgery, but he only had to sign documents? Jin Yaowu originally thought that he had to pay a certain amount of tuition fees.

Things that could be solved with money were all trivial matters.

He read it through very quickly, but after a few pages, his speed gradually slowed. From time to time, he would turn back to look at the clauses that he had already read and compared them with each other.

Su Yun sneered. With a memory like that, how could he still have the face to be so arrogant? What nonsense!

With just this one detail, Jin Yaowu’s reputation in Su Yun’s heart dropped a little.

“Su Yun, when did you come back?” Jin Yaowu was looking at the documents. The more he looked at them, the worse his expression became. Then, Zheng Ren’s voice came from the door.

“I finished my work and came back,” Su Yun said lazily. “Boss, do you know this person?”

Zheng Ren was stunned. Su Yun seemed to have bad intentions. He was in the advanced stage of face blindness. How could he not know about it? Why did he ask him to look at other people?

What was going on?

Jin Yaowu raised his head. His eyes were filled with anger. Zheng Ren made eye contact with him and was confused.

“You are...” Zheng Ren could not remember this person at all. He could only leave a blank in confusion.

Jin Yaowu had just finished reading the document. He was originally burning with anger, but when he saw Zheng Ren directly ignoring him, he became even angrier!

“Small fry, no need for you to worry about me, Boss Zheng.” Jin Yaowu sneered. “This document for finding other people to work for your Nobel Prize project. Is it a contract to sell my body?!”

“Yo, you read it quite thoroughly. You are a sensible person,” Su Yun said with a smile.

Jin Yaowu did not speak, nor did he act irascible. Instead, he gently placed the document on the table and said with a trace of ridicule, “Goodbye.”

“Goodbye. See yourself out,” Su Yun did not hesitate at all and directly retorted.

Jin Yaowu turned around and left. The manager of the medical supplies company who acted as an assistant beside him was stunned for a moment before following him out.

“Who was he?” Zheng Ren asked in confusion.

“Jin Yaowu,” Su Yun chuckled and said.

“Uh... Professor Pei’s student? Look at this mess.” Zheng Ren rubbed his hands. “Professor Pei called me.”

“So what? Boss, people like him are evil. He refused to sign this document and didn’t leave because of other matters. To be clear, Jin Yaowu doesn’t want to see you win the Nobel Prize.”

“It’s not that serious. Whether I win the Nobel Prize or not, it doesn’t mean that he didn’t deny it.” Zheng Ren smiled.

Su Yun shrugged his shoulders.

“I’ll give Professor Pei a call and explain the situation.” Although Zheng Ren did not experience the conversation between Su Yun and Jin Yaowu, he could roughly guess the situation by recalling Jin Yaowu’s expression and tone.

“Boss, don’t lower your bottom line. Don’t be a good person!” Su Yun warned.

“Don’t worry. I know which side is more important,” Zheng Ren said with a smile.

Seeing Zheng Ren turn around and leave to find a quiet place to call Professor Pei Yingjie, Su Yun shook his head. He picked up the document from the table, tidied it up, and put it into the folder.

This document was a meticulously-crafted legal document. It was not easy to produce such an exclusive document within a short period of time.

Jin Yaowu was really weak. He was simply too weak. No wonder Pei Yingjie admired Zheng Ren when he was in Sea City and gave him a chance to stand out.

The relationship between the few of them had replayed several times in Su Yun’s heart. He sat down, took out his phone, and started playing.
