The Wizard Path From The Simulator

Chapter 458 - 256 “Timeless Abyss” and “Strange Situation” (Please Subscribe)_1

As thoughts swirled in Milton Cheney’s heart.

His body also began to move within the Demon Mother River.

Time slowly passed, and Milton Cheney’s understanding of his surrounding environment deepened.

Just like in the Inherited Memory, he was now in the Demon Mother River of the Crimson World.

All newborn Demons in the Crimson World were born here.

This situation during the Reincarnation Simulation was unexpected for Milton Cheney.

After all, he had never experienced reincarnation within an Abyssal Realm before.

This Reincarnation Simulation was truly Milton Cheney’s first time being reincarnated into a world within the Abyssal Domain.

As time slogged on, Milton Cheney slowly grew accustomed to his body.

The Demon body he had acquired through reincarnation into this world was his original body at birth.

Although it was his own body, he still needed to adapt to it.

Just like humans, even humans need time to get accustomed to their bodies when they are born.

It isn’t possible to learn to walk instantly.

It is the same for the Demon Tribe.

However, with the Inherited Memory, Milton Cheney’s time to familiarize himself with his body would be very short.

After a brief moment, Milton Cheney had fully adapted to his Demon form.

In the Reincarnation Simulation, there was nothing Milton Cheney couldn’t adapt to.

Having experienced numerous Reincarnation Simulations, he was now very experienced.

Even the method of thinking that had been extremely uncomfortable to Milton Cheney at first, he was now accustomed to.

This single-threaded way of thinking wasn’t entirely a disadvantage.

This mode of thought allowed Milton Cheney to ponder each issue one by one, preventing a clutter of thoughts from emerging in his mind at once.

This also meant Milton Cheney wouldn’t overthink, but he could still come up with critical issues immediately.

“It seems there is no memory about how to raise one’s Demon level in the Inherited Memory,”

Milton Cheney muttered to himself while wandering silently in the Demon Mother River.

This was indeed something he was quite concerned about.

After all, a Demon’s level actually represents its strength.

This level is somewhat similar to the levels of Wizards in the Wizard Realm.

Like in the Wizard Realm, the Demons of the Crimson World are also categorized from Levels 1 to 9.

The Crimson Great Lord who commands the Crimson World is a Level 9 Demon.

This knowledge exists directly in Milton Cheney’s Inherited Memory, which is why he could understand these things.

Without Inherited Memory, it would be impossible for Milton Cheney to know this.

He would not have been able to come into contact with this knowledge.

A Level 9 Demon very likely has the potential to rival a Level 9 Wizard.

If the potential of the Wizard Path is comparable to the Demon Path, then a Level 9 Wizard should be on par with a Level 9 Demon Great Lord.

Of course, this is based on the premise that the Wizard Path can measure up to the Demon Path.

But whether this is possible or not, Milton Cheney does not know.

After all, he does not know how strong a Level 9 Demon Great Lord truly is.

He does not know how powerful a Level 9 Wizard is either.

The Wizard Realm has existed for tens of millions of years, and the Level 9 Wizard only exists in theory.

Since the birth of the Wizard Realm up to the present, no Wizard has ever managed to cultivate to the Realm of a Level 9 Wizard.

Forget about Level 9 Wizards, even Level 8 Wizards have never been reached within the Wizard Realm.

In the future, perhaps Mansour will cultivate to the Realm of a Level 8 Wizard.

But Mansour’s true identity is actually that of an entity drawn into the Wizard Realm from a world within the Abyssal Domain.

He isn’t an original inhabitant of the Wizard Realm.

The theoretical limit in the Wizard Realm is a Level 7 Wizard.

Even though the theory of the Wizard Realm includes the existence of Level 9 Wizards, it’s almost impossible for such beings to be born.

Indeed, once a Wizard becomes a Level 8 Wizard, they essentially become Transcendents.

Thus, using the Wizard standards to compare with the levels of Demons in the Crimson World is merely conjecture by Milton Cheney.

It is virtually impossible to compare them side by side.

After all, within the Crimson World, Level 9 Demons genuinely exist.

Even more, such beings directly control one of the largest worlds within the Abyssal Domain.

How powerful such an entity is, Milton Cheney cannot even begin to imagine.

After all, his perspective is limited.

The strongest individuals he has encountered so far are definitely not up to the standard of a Level 9 Demon.

Yet it is this crucial Demon ranking, which determines the Demon level for Milton Cheney’s current Reincarnation Simulation, of which there is not a single memory in his Inherited Memory.

His Inherited Memory only describes the existence of levels within Demons.

But how to elevate a Demon’s level is not mentioned in the Inherited Memory.

“It seems I can hardly be considered even a Level 1 Demon at this time,”

“Is it because I have just been born, that I don’t have memories of this aspect?” Milton Cheney pondered to himself.

The single-threaded way of thinking allowed Milton Cheney to thoroughly consider every problem.

As long as he could conceive it, he could methodically and slowly contemplate each issue.

This idea was not just unfounded speculation.

In fact, in the World Sea, there is a world that shares many similarities with the world he was reincarnated into – the Crimson World.

That world is the True Spirit Realm.

True Spirits of the True Spirit Realm also have Inherited Memory upon their birth, just as he did.
