Chapter 14: Goblin Village 2

Noah the four cocktails Molotov away before checking his weapons, everything was ready but he couldn\'t attack yet, he had to wait for night to arrive and only th he would start his operation.

In the meantime, he would eat his dinner, relying solely on cookies would not do, he would lack strgth therefore he needs a healthy meal.

Noah finally took out his dinner. Noah\'s lunchbox sat there in plain brown bags, yet the air a it was already so aromatic that Noah could just bite it. He could feel his inner joy smiling, that was dinner.

Noah oped the lunchbox.

Mushroom soup, bitter gres with tomatoes the size of peas, rare roast beef slices as thin as paper, noodles in a gre sauce, cheese that melts on your tongue.

Noah gleefully joyed dinner.

\'\'Burp! That was delicious!" He ev burped before drinking his orange juice. He cleansed everything before putting them back into the backpack.

He moved and made some preparations beforehand, th returned to his previous location.

The night was slowly drawing closer and Noah wt through every scario again, he was ready to perform his best despite the tse atmosphere a him as the night drew closer.

Finally, night arrived.

The bright, full moon veloping half the night sky splashed on the pitch-black g with its illumination. The outlines of the leaves in the forest were visible, but all of a sudd, a series of animal howls broke out throughout the tranquil forest.

Countless, startled birds woke up from their slumber, flapped their wings, and soared into the sky fearfully to escape the close-approaching death, as well as the holder of the death aura who was other than Noah running toward the Goblin village.

Noah suddly stopped before getting too close to the village, he climbed a tall tree and from this tree, he could perfectly see inside the village. He searched for the warehouse and successfully found it because it was being guarded by four goblins dressed in ar amor.

The reason he was searching for this was simple because this would be one of his attack points, he believed there must be some volatile thing inside this warehouse, do not think too lightly of goblins because of their stature, they were smart ough to build something like this, so naturally they could produce things humans like to joy such as wine ev if it\'s crudely made.

Next was a barrack where goblin soldiers should be stationed, th the watchtower, and finally the wood fce.

Everything was ready, Noah coldly looked down on everything, his gaze was like that of a hawk watching its prey before attacking.

Silce permeated the air as Noah waited, waiting until the emy was vulnerable before attacking.

\'\'It is time.\'\'

Noah said in a stone-cold voice, th lit up the first cocktail Molotov before flexing his left arm muscle to the extreme and throwing the Molotov toward the warehouse.

Swoosh!

The cocktail Molotov flew accurately toward its destination at extreme speed and before the goblins guarding the warehouse could do anything, it had already landed.

Crash! Chuuuu!

Boom!

The warehouse exploded, debris fell everywhere, and the four goblins were instantly annihilated.

\'\'Kieek?\'\'

\'\'Kieek?\'\'

The goblins were alarmed and started coming out of their huts, they were about to give the alert wh another explosion happed, it was the barrack this time.

Boom!

Th the watchtower and finally the wood fce suring their village, everything happed too fast, not giving the goblins ough time to react and before they knew it, their village was sured by fire and most of the huts were burning intsely because they were made of wood.

It was too tragic, goblins running here and there not knowing how to cope with the flame and the smell of burnt flesh wafted through the nose of those that survived.

Noah watched his masterpiece with a detached expression but his trembling hands betrayed his inner thought, he steeled his mind and continued watching as goblins cried, trying to put out the flame, a female goblin trying to get into the flame to go get what Noah believe to be its son probably, however, there was another goblin holding her, she cried begged but to no avail, she scratched the male goblin face, bite the latter arm but the goblin never let go, dragging her away from the flame.

Scarios like these happed a few times as the flame continued to devour the village, Noah did his best to fight the urge to vomit and look away, he had to, he couldn\'t look away from his action just because it was unpleasant.

{Two goblins killed by your action}

A constant stream of notifications rang out but Noah ignored them and focused ahead.

He believed the flame had killed more than two hundred goblins, reducing the goblin\'s original number, about 80% of the village was destroyed by the flame.

Boom!

It was th a giant goblin appeared with a large stride from the other side of the village and beside him was a weird goblin in a purple robe.

The momt Noah saw these two, especially the purple-clothed goblin he was alarmed.

\'\'Not good.\'\'

The big goblin was a goblin champion, the leader, it was to be expected but what Noah didn\'t expect was the presce of the goblin shaman.

This goblin has to die at any cost because dless trouble would follow if he were to let him perform his spells.

"Grrrrr!"

The goblin champion roared to draw the panicking goblin\'s atttion before urging the goblin shaman to act, the latter raised his crocked staff and started chanting in an unknown language, immediately small water balls appeared in front of him before being shot forward, killing some of the flame, the survivors hurriedly joined their leader.

Noah jumped from the tree to another one, he wanted to kill the goblin shaman by throwing a dagger. He had to be closer to successfully land a hit with the dagger.

Swoosh!

Noah threw the dagger which cut through the air like a bullet and arrived before the goblin shaman in an instant but before it could pierce through him, it was blocked by a transpart shield.

\'\'Kriii!"

The goblin shaman was alarmed, and so was the goblin champion, they started looking left and right in search of the culprit, it was th a second dagger arrived th a third.
